This project is a little different to our standard, as it was CKS Projects in house development, we purchased the old fibro surf shack to subdivide and construct two of three-bedroom, two bathrooms up market townhouses.

We were limited with block width and wanted to keep the street appeal. The design was created to capitalize on the northern sun and North east sea breezes.
