How does our process work?
Our process begins with you contacting our team.
Once you reach out to us, we’ll send you a Discovery Questionnaire to gather as much information as possible regarding your dream project and see if we are a good fit for your project.
After we receive your information, we’ll then begin the following procedure:
Step 1: Consultation
After analysing if we can provide what you need, we will then contact you for the initial consultation.
In this process, we’ll go over your needs, features, and the functionalities you prefer and look through a range of modern or classical design ideas to have an overview of the design that fits your personality and lifestyle.
Step 2: Planning & Design
In whatever type of project, it’s rest assured that we can handle your plan and design.
In this part, you’ll meet with me and the CKS Projects’ preferred designer for a detailed meeting about your dream home’s needs and expectations.
During this process, I will support you with suggestions and feedback from a builder’s perspective.
Then we’ll work on the concept plan and send the plan to you for feedback.
Upon completion of your concept plan, we will provide an Initial Estimate based on a combination of our standard Inclusions & any additional preferences you desire.
Additionally, you can have a walk-through of your unique custom-designed home before it is built.
Step 3: Contract & Approvals
After finalising a design that meets your needs, preferences, and budget, we can update them to a Building Approval level of detail.
We’ll also start to engage other consultants that may be required in the building process including engineers and private certifiers to lodge plans to the council.
Step 4: Construction
Once the contracts are finalised, signed, and approved, our builders will start to work on your dream home.
In this part, we’ll give you access to your very own client portal.
We deeply value communication so, aside from working on your dream home, we’ll also constantly communicate with you and update you on the progress through this portal.
Step 5: Handover and ongoing support
Even after we finish your dream home and already turned over the house to you, we’ll keep in touch with you to give you support. We have a so-called “maintenance period” where we answer questions and address any issues that might occur after the construction process.
