Sandhurst Bulli
The Bulli House not only pays homage to its surrounding giving a unique coastal feel but embraces bold contemporary finishes to deliver breathtaking ocean and escarpment views and unique spaces.
The Vision
Modern coastal living was the brief, polished concrete floors and timber feature ceilings with glass to take in the South Coast water views and the leafy escarpment.
The Problem
Shane and Lyndell’s family were expanding, and they were out growing there existing home, so they decided to knock down and rebuild.
The block was narrow and steep and slightly odd shaped so maximising their grand plans and capitalise on the views was done by designing the home over three full floors with windows capitalizing on the NE aspect.
The Process
Shane being a concreter by trade knew Keiron and asked if he would be interested in building their new home, having seen some of the previous builds completed by CKS Projects on difficult access sites he knew that they were the builder of choice.
The house was designed to suit their growing family, Lyndall was very involved in the design process and the interior design of the home, this was a passion of hers, she enjoyed going through the selection process with our kitchen designers, colour consultants and flooring displays.
The home included heated polished concrete floors and feature timber ceilings bringing warmth to the home. This wonderful family home has been created for relaxed family living. We are excited to see their design come to life for the clients
They enjoyed the building process and loved that they were always well informed on the progress and were included in every decision along the way.
