CUSTOM HOME BUILD IN WOMBARRA

We can thoroughly recommend Keiron and CKS Projects. Our project involved adding a second storey to a three-bedroom cottage, converting it into a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home. We had tricky site access and a tight time frame. We interviewed several building companies before our architect suggested we speak to CKS. Right from our first meeting Keiron proved to be an excellent, straight forward communicator with meticulous attention to detail. During the construction phase we were impressed with his pro-active suggestions and his capacity for onsite problem solving. His crew were efficient and organised and a pleasure to have around. Our project came in on time and on budget and we are thrilled with the result.

QUALITY HOME EXTENSION IN WOONOONA

We completed our home extensions with CKS Projects in 2019, and we chose Keiron over other tenders as we had seen the highly professional manner in which they built a new home for our neighbors.

The bottom line: for most people is the end product – I can’t begin to tell you how much this reno has changed the ease and function of our house – while we had plans drawn up– their suggestions along the way created the most wonderful and useable space for our family. On top of that the reno has stood up to all the family and weather conditions over the last 2 years.

The icing on the cake: As a woman I found Keiron and his team easy to approach and communicate with. In the past I have found some builders preferred communicating with my husband. However, Keiron and his team appeared equally comfortable in their dealing with both my husband and I and we both really appreciated the openness and honesty in all of their communications. They were professional, they were patient in explaining our choices and they clearly worked as a team to create a family home that came in on time and on budget. I would highly recommend CKS to anyone planning their next building project.

SECOND STOREY ADDITION DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAYS DURING COVID!

CKS Projects was chosen for our home renovation because of their reputation for excellence. Our second floor addition to the existing house included an internal stair case, vaulted ceiling, balcony and renovation of existing bathroom and bedrooms. We can honestly say that the end result exceeded our expectations.

Despite the challenges of covid, supply chain issues and general shortages that all builders have had to deal with, Keiron Moore was able to complete the build in the promised time frame and worked diligently to assist us in adhering to budgeted costs. Keiron’s ability to communicate, coordinate and calmly manage the unexpected enabled us to focus on the more enjoyable aspects of the project.

Best of all, the end result is a reflection of the quality of trades and materials that Keiron uses. The structural work, generous solid staircase, carefully laid flooring, bespoke windows and immaculate paint work are a testament to Keiron’s high standards.

From the initial quote to follow up after the build, Keiron has displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and we would happily engage CKS Projects for future builds.

RENOVATION OF A 1970'S HOUSE 

CKS Projects recently completed a major home renovation for us. The project was extensive and challenging as it included gutting the original 1970s house, demolishing most of the internal walls and reconfiguring the floor plan to suit our needs. We made changes as the job progressed and Keiron worked with us and the architect with positivity at all times. Keiron and his team were professional, great to work with and the quality of their work top shelf. Very happy with the result. I would recommend CKS without hesitation.

DELIVERING PROJECTS ON TIME

Keiron at CKS Projects was wonderful. Building can be a stressful time but Keiron took all the stress out of it.

He showed up on-time, when he said he was going to. He kept us informed of timelines during the building process.

The tradies he used were very polite and easy to deal with. He kept the building site meticulously clean and above all he was open to our suggestions, and if they didn't work, he gave us alternatives.

My wife and I would have no hestiation recommended him.

In 2016 my wife and family made the decision to build a new home in the Illawarra. The selection of a builder is an important consideration and it has become the new norm to hear of horror stories associated with the construction industry.

Keiron was referred to us. After the first meeting with Keiron we instantly felt comfortable and there was no choice in our minds. Keiron was generous with his time and willing to assist with areas not directly associated with his company. He assisted us throughout the design phase and constantly put forward ideas that ultimately saved us money.

Once the construction started we were delighted with the constant updates and transparency. He suggested changes throughout the construction that not only increased the aesthetics of the home but in many cases saved us money.

Throughout the build phase we would view the progress, on some occasions with family and friends, and all who toured the home were amazed at the attention to detail and quality of the construction. The site was always clean and tidy which is testament to Keiron’s drive toward perfection.

The home has exceeded our expectations and we now call Keiron a friend and would be happy for him to refer potential clients to us for testimonials.

NEW HOME BUILD 

My partner and I built our first home with Keiron from CKS projects. The professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal. Our build was a tricky one due to the land slip.

Keiron worked with an engineer and architect to create a house that would withstand the conditions of the block and street. The end result was so amazing we would have people constantly asking us who built our home.

Keiron worked closely with us the whole time, and willingly discussed any variations that needed to be done with a kind and relaxed energy. His whole team of tradesman were also professional and easy to work with, and have the same attention to detail that Keiron requires with his projects.
