Hi, I am Keiron Moore
The founder and managing director of CKS Projects, I established CKS Projects in 2014 with the vision to change people lives by delivering the house they always dreamt of!!
I grew up in the country area of Camden, from a very young age I was very passionate about carpentry and building. I obtained my carpentry apprenticeship working on high end retail and club fit outs, my boss always demanded perfection!!, this is where the attention to detail was instilled in me.
Completing my apprenticeship and whilst studying for my for builder’s license, I moved into a site management role in the residential sector on high end value projects learning the management side of the business.
I was then recruited to a Project Management role for a Bespoke Sydney building company further honing my skills and being well versed in all aspects of the building journey from the pre-construction stage to budgeting, scheduling, logistics, site management and all the way to closing out a project.
Eventually the Time Came for Me to Pursue My Own Dream of Delivering Quality Projects for My Clients, This was when My Company was Born

I like to consider myself a hands-on leader who puts my clients first and we love nothing more than handing over the keys to your new dream home for you to enjoy and create new memories.
