Inspired by the relaxed holiday homes of the NSW South Coast, Warilla Beach House is a contemporary renovation that celebrates Australian coastal living. Built by CKS Projects, the project transformed a modest family home through a complete refurbishment and first-floor addition, creating a light-filled residence designed for everyday family life and effortless entertaining.
Reimagining a Home Design for Family-Friendly Living
Working closely with the owners, CKS Projects refined the original design to maximise natural light, privacy and connection to the outdoors. A generous open-plan living area, crisp white kitchen, warm oak flooring and seamless indoor-outdoor flow now provide spaces that feel relaxed, welcoming and perfectly suited to life by the beach.
For homeowners Terri and Corey, the vision was deeply personal.
