Delivered as a full knockdown rebuild, the split-level design responded to a genuinely demanding clifftop site, resolving complex engineering, stormwater and slope challenges without compromising the finished result. Knockdown of the Old home and an Engineering Challenge
The existing home was demolished to create a blank canvas to design and build the new home. Due to the cliff top location, engineering and stormwater management were carefully designed to ensure the classification as a slip area, subterranean water issues and the proximity to a main road were factored in.
